SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery.
Your ceramics will be packed with the upmost care and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 28 service. Small items cost £4.50 . Larger items will cost between £3.40 up to 2 kgs and £10.20 up to 10kgs.
Free collection can be arranged from the studio near Insch. We may be able to arrange delivery to addresses in Aberdeenshire.
Expect your delivery with-in 2 - 3 days not counting weekends or bank holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days to return your purchase if you are not fully satisfied with it.
The ceramic must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The original postage along with the return postage can not be refunded.
